At SmartHomeShield, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review the following policies for returns and refunds.


1. Returns

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they meet the following criteria:

Condition:
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at contactus@smarthomeshield.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • For defective or damaged products, a pre-paid return label will be provided.

2. Refunds

Inspection:
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

Processing:
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for returns of defective or damaged products.


3. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at contactus@smarthomeshield.co.uk.

Resolution Options:

  • A replacement product will be provided, or
  • A full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued.
